PQSDF

POCT Quality & Social Development Foundation (PQSDF) is a Section 8, not-for-profit company committed to improving access to affordable, preventive, and primary healthcare for underserved and vulnerable populations across India. We design and implement CSR-compliant healthcare interventions aligned with Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013, focusing on measurable outcomes, transparency, and long-term social impact.

Over the past six years, PQSDF has developed a solid reputation of being an organization of high integrity and provider of high quality services to healthcare sector. We have conducted numerous trainings on quality management system, quality assurance, capacity building, knowledge up-gradation and skill enhancement.

Purpose

India continues to face significant gaps in access to timely and affordable healthcare, particularly among low-income and underserved communities. PQSDF exists to bridge this gap by delivering community-centric healthcare solutions with a strong emphasis on prevention, early diagnosis, and awareness. 

History

Inspired by the vision of our Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, POCT Quality and Skill Development Foundation (PQSDF) was founded by Late Dr. Arun Raizada in the year 2018.

PQSDF was established to conduct trainings like certification courses, workshops, CMEs related to laboratory practices for lab personnel. The main aim of this initiative was to improve overall quality of pathology labs by serving as a training institute that focuses on capacity building, knowledge upgrading, and skill development for lab staff deployed in public healthcare.

PQSDF
Achievements


  • PQSDF has supported KGMU (King George Medical University) in assisting with free Pathology tests with their Cancer Screening mobile van across the state and till date have completed more than 700 Tests.

  • Supporting the capacity building of Lab Technicians by providing them with NABL.

  • PQSDF has supported approximately 1000 healthcare facilities with infrastructure interventions, including UPS systems, Visi coolers, and Air conditioning solutions, to enhance service delivery environments.
