PQSDF has conducted numerous trainings on healthcare quality management system, quality assurance, and other related topics. Overall motive of this initiative is capacity building, knowledge up- gradation and enhance the skills of healthcare staff.

Dr. Arun Raizada

Dr. Arun Raizada was a distinguished clinical biochemist, co-founder and former Vice President of PQSDF, who dedicated over 42 years to advancing healthcare diagnostics. A Past President of ACBI and IABS and Senior Life Member of ACBM, he held leadership roles at premier institutions including Escorts Heart Institute and Medanta – The Medicity as Head of Clinical Biochemistry.

An accomplished academician, NABL auditor, and mentor to numerous DNB and PhD scholars, he was widely respected for his commitment to laboratory quality and professional excellence. Recipient of multiple national honors, including the Health Icon Award by the Government of Uttar Pradesh, Dr. Raizada leaves behind a lasting legacy of knowledge, integrity, and inspiration in the field of laboratory medicine.

Dr. Amit Shrivastava

Chief Manager

Dr. Amit Shrivastava as the Chief Manager of PQSDF, Lucknow, brings over 16 years of expertise in teaching and laboratory medicine. He holds a Ph.D. in Medical Biochemistry from Jiwaji University, Gwalior, and previously served as Assistant Consultant in Biochemistry at Medanta Hospital, Gurugram. For the past six years, he has been leading quality improvement and capacity-building initiatives for government hospital and medical college laboratories under PQSDF.

Under his supervision, the “Laboratory Quality Management System and Internal Auditor Training Programme” (ISO 15189:2012 & 2022) earned NBQP accreditation (2021–2024). He has spearheaded extensive training across Uttar Pradesh on internal quality control, Westgard rules, EQAS, sample collection, safety, and biomedical waste management.

A life member of ACBI and IABS, and member of ACBM, Dr. Shrivastava has authored over 12 publications in reputed journals and serves as an editorial board member and reviewer for leading scientific publications.

Mr. Manish Kainth

Chief General Manager

Manish Kainth is the Chief General Manager at PQSDF, with over 20 years of experience in program management, operations, and strategic partnerships across the social and healthcare sectors. He has a strong track record of leading large-scale initiatives and building impactful programs that drive sustainable social change.

Before joining PQSDF, he worked with leading organizations such as GVK EMRI 108 and Piramal Foundation, where he played a key role in strengthening healthcare delivery systems and community-focused interventions. At PQSDF, he is responsible for driving CSR strategy, developing partnerships, and scaling programs across healthcare, skill development, and digital initiatives.
