POCT Quality & Social Development Foundation (PQSDF) is a Section 8, not-for-profit company committed to improving access to affordable, preventive, and primary healthcare for underserved and vulnerable populations across India. We design and implement CSR-compliant healthcare interventions aligned with Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013, focusing on measurable outcomes, transparency, and long-term social impact.
Over the past six years, PQSDF has developed a solid reputation of being an organization of high integrity and provider of high quality services to healthcare sector. We have conducted numerous trainings on quality management system, quality assurance, capacity building, knowledge up-gradation and skill enhancement.

Purpose
India continues to face significant gaps in access to timely and affordable healthcare, particularly among low-income and underserved communities. PQSDF exists to bridge this gap by delivering community-centric healthcare solutions with a strong emphasis on prevention, early diagnosis, and awareness.
History
Inspired by the vision of our Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, POCT Quality and Skill Development Foundation (PQSDF) was founded by Late Dr. Arun Raizada in the year 2018.
PQSDF was established to conduct trainings like certification courses, workshops, CMEs related to laboratory practices for lab personnel. The main aim of this initiative was to improve overall quality of pathology labs by serving as a training institute that focuses on capacity building, knowledge upgrading, and skill development for lab staff deployed in public healthcare.

PQSDF Achievements
- First training under the banner of PQSDF was conducted, in association with Foundation for Quality (India) on ISO 22870, Point-of-care testing (POCT), Requirements for quality and competence.
- PQSDF received NBQP (National Board for Quality Promotion), a Constituent Board of the Quality Council of India (QCI), certification for its training programme "Laboratory Management System & Internal Audit" for the period from 25th February 2021 to 24th February 2024.
- CME on ISO 15189 Accreditation & Quality Control in Medical Laboratories at Hotel Clarks Avadh, Lucknow
- Training programme on Laboratory Management System & Internal audit as per ISO 15189:2012 at PQSDF Head Office, Transport Nagar, Lucknow.
- Training programme on Laboratory Management System & Internal audit as per ISO 15189:2022. (new edition) at PQSDF Head Office, Transport Nagar, Lucknow.
- Training on Laboratory Quality Management System and Internal Auditor Course based on ISO 15189:2012, Medical laboratories-Requirements for quality and competence has been conducted on different institute like AIIMS Rishikesh, GIMS, Greater Noida, BHU, Varanasi.
- Training on Laboratory Quality Management System and Internal Auditor Course based on ISO 15189:2022, Medical laboratories-Requirements for quality and competence in AIIMS Bhopal
