For conducting training programmes at head office, PQSDF, there is a spacious fully equipped air-conditioned lecture theatre equipped with advanced learning tools including projectors, audio system, and Wi-Fi facility. The lecture hall accommodates up to 80 participants, while the board room seats 40. Additionally, there is a demonstration diagnostic laboratory featuring state-of-the-art automatic analyzers for clinical biochemistry, haematology and molecular testing. The premises are under constant CCTV surveillance for security. Located in a prime area of Lucknow, the training centre is easily accessible by both public and private transport.

Preparation for NABL assessment: Documentation: - Preparation of approximately 70 documents and records for NABL assessment - Training of Lab staff on ISO 15189:2022, NABL guidelines, Health and safety, Sample collection and transportation, Internal quality control, External quality control, Quality indicators, Laboratory information system, etc.
NABL Application Filing: Registration in NABL portal by filling below details: - Quality Control: IQC and EQAS for the last 6 months. - Documentation and Organization: Legal entity papers, organization charts, and contact details. - Staff and Management: Quality Manager, authorized signatories, and lab personnel. - Accreditation and Equipment: Scope of accreditation, equipment details, and calibrator information.
